Well done Rick, another fine shot. It does indeed look like a mirror.
May I suggest that a slight crop on the bottom of the photo would even out the shot.

I love looking at the architecture of towers, you have done well.
The extreme contrast of the blue sky and the metal of the tower is great.
I would prefer the tower to be central to the picture, and the tree distracts from this for me but I think you have a good POV.

this is a well proportioned close up. The contrast between the colours of the wheel and the sky is really sharp. I like what you have done good POV.

It is an incredible looking shot Ron, I am oh sooooo interested in what you did with it to get that desired effect.
I use Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro to enhance a friends old, old, old, 35mm slides and appreciate the different effects you may have used. Please tell me?
