Great shot once again. Although I think this once fades a bit compared to the last one. But that's only because the other one is sooo goood. Keep posting splashes - love them!!

Great shot Jens. I've been looking forward to seeing what you got from your trip here. I agree with eMBeer, this shot tells a lot more than you see at first glance. I really like that you caught the 69 to the right... totaly Norrebro present time.

Jensiebaby - I'm back online dude and about to launch my reclaim assault, although what with studio-lights and Danish talent it might all be in vain - hope you and Camilla and the most lovely Freija are all super-well - this is a super-stunning photo - killer sharp in the eyes, rah rah - I'm off to show the rest of the family. Love and miss you guys

I also noticed the illusion. The reason, I think, is that the wide angle is making it look like the traffic light is tilting towards the middle. It might be somewhat the same as the "cafe wall illusion" (tjek it out here: http://www.exploratorium.edu/exhibits/cafe_wall/cafe.html).

I agree that this is a very nice way to capture Hong Kongs old and new sides in a single shot. I like the reflection and the lensflare to. That said I think I would have cropped the little white triangle in the top right corner out of the frame. I think it disturbes the symmetry.

Great photo Jens! This is one of the most amazing baby faces I have ever seen. Having been given the pleasure of meating her in real life I'm not surprised though. You've however cought it perfectly, and I really don't think that the hands are missing. It just gives the head even more focus - as it deserves.

Why why why... This picture is so good and still only one person has bothered to notice it. 10 stars from me to you (of course that's not possible so 2 points it is).

Oh yes and thanks for burgers and hardcore stories about South Africa!!

This is HDR at it's best if you ask mee. I love the lens flare and the colors. Like the way you blend the nature with the cold almost futuristic buildings.

Dear Luc

I like your flower macros - it's something that I want to try, but I need to get a lens that works at these ranges. I particularly liked this one- I think the green and black is stunning, and clean. Thanks, Richard

Dear Bennet

I really like your flower. How does the fill flash work on the flower stem - you seem to have got the flash to light up the flower but not the stem, how did you achieve that? I'm also interested in how you got the flower to look transparent, or is it that the colour of the flower matches the sky. And a final question - did you put the water drops onto the flower, and if so how? Its a really nice result. Thanks. Richard

Very nice portrait - clean and simple - great positioning of the leading eye, nice use of expression and hand; technically spot on, from my perspective. A lot of the photos on TL are (probably rightly) of amazing places and scenes, or as a result of great equipment carefully used (like macros and so forth) - I like this because its well put together with an interesting modification of subject. Thanks, Richard

Given the state of play between us, why am I writing reviews on your photos, I wondered, but I really liked this one, stunningly clear, and a real bloody mission to climb the peak, I know - so a deserved 2 mate, and remember, say no to the sucking gang. (PS I sent your name to the guy who posted Kobe Harbour, which was great but would be interesting in HDR).

Great sky and moody port; I particularly like the right angled dark streaks, like a ship's ribs. I wondered looking at your photo what it would look like as an HDR. If it's helpful have a look at some of the shots taken by Headlessguy on TL (and I'm sure others, just I know the Head), it seems to offer equal detail in sky and foreground. Thanks, Richard

Very nice photo - I really like the shapes and colours in it, the tunnel, the straight blue train, and the angular sign and its reflection. For me the whole photo is made edgy too by leaning to the right. It creates a dynamic feel which I like.

Great photo, it reminds me of parts of my past life; I really like the line of light from the sun, gives the photo a hot feel, I like the woman in the frame and the way she's angled one way - great POV. Thanks, Rich
