This is beautiful, Kate, and I think this lonely tree looks even more lonely because of the huge sky you are presenting as well with the beautiful cloudscape. It makes the tree looks tiny. Also, very hardy tree, growing on its own between two big boulders. Nice colours & sharpness. Excellent!

Very good composition..like your choice of vertical format here which enhances the vastness and makes the tree looks more lonely. I like the warm erth tones of the boulders. Nice work. TFS

Beautiful shot Kate. I love the ocre and green foreground that cuts sharply with the sky. And this little tree in the middle of the rock makes all the difference. Excellent POV and composition.
