Hi Jack
Detailed and bright portrait of this little guy.
The dof works well.

Tfs

Hello Jack

Like the tack sharpness. The bird is called a bird. I love to take images of them, but am not much into the names. Still though I marvel at these creatures as well as all of the natural world around us. Awesome capture.

Jimmy

Indeed a little bird.... somehow so high:-), great POV, excellent details, fantastic natural lights and also amazing integrative eye expression another stunning work in TL well done again JACK MCGRANE

Hi Jack
I'm going to tell Erwin to take care of you because you are successfully invading a field where he reigns alone in the TL.
Compliments.
R.

Nice lighting overall!
Love you DOF! Very controlled.
Nice catch light in the eyes.
To make this image stronger I suggest that you tone down the light
near the throat of the bird!
If you want to be successful at photographing birds you should know their names.
Well done!

Great detail of this WHITE - THROATED SWALLOW. It breeds in South Africa in the summer but migrates north in the winter.
I suppose the same for your area of the world.
