Wow, what a majestic view! The Alps at Bolzano look great. The composition is really fine with the small village and church in the forground and the giant peaks in the background. Green tones are refreshing, very sharp and clear exposition. Well done, my friend! TFS.

Impressive landscape shot! As you mentioned, the dolomite peaks are looking just great. I like the contrast between the rich-green fields and the mountains in the BG. The sharpness and the POV can't better than this. Wonderfully composed.

Another well composed landscape Jan,I like the greens of those meadows,great POV high enough to show us this piece of paradise. Those mountains look pretty daunting as far as having to climb them. I can understand why the famous climber R.Messner loved them.I think I'll wait a couple of hours before going to my busy downtown,will just enjoy this view instead:)

Hoi Jan,
Da's pas een uitzicht om van te genieten. Het schilderachtige dorpje met de perfect groene grasvelden is en genot om naar te kijken. Vooral als het zo prachtig is gelegen tegen deze super mooie bergen en rotsen.

I passed almost ten minutes in front of my monitor admiring this landscape! What a treasure!

Superb luminous composition ! The church in the middle of the burg, the bunches of trees, the verdant fields and the slopes of mountains lead our eyes towards the spectacular Dolomites!

What a great feeling you must have!

Woooowh Jan, wat een geweldige plaat. Ik kan er naar blíjven kijken ! Dat indrukwekkende gebergte (dolomieten?) en die prachtig groene voorgond. Je zou er maar wonen. Als die pastoor daar misschien ook niet al teveel te doen heeft kan ie altijd nog de hele dag van het uitzicht genieten LOL :)
Mijn complimenten, goed gezien en vastgelegd.

"In 't groene dal....in 't stille dal...."
Perfecte plaat; schitterende kleuren en alles staat op de juiste plaats!
Die Dolomieten op de achtergrond zien er toch heel anders uit dan de Oostenrijkse Alpen.

Hi Jan, This is a very appealing photograph, well composed with the church tower in an ideal position. The Dolomites are maybe one of the most spectacular looking mountain ranges in the world, and you captured them well. I saw a documentaty on how the Alps were formed, so this adds another dimention. The clouds are well positioned also, as in a child's painting. TFS. Murray.
