Hi Bartek,
Pretty good B&W you're showing here.
Although i prefere a high contrast,just a touch..))) this is perfectly acceptable, and at this point is a matter of style.
One of the eye is slightly, out of focus.
Under those light situation, which are lacking, a higher ASA would had able you to get that extra stop..smaller aperture, to make both eyes in focus,you don't want the hair at the top to go fuzzy either, so you've got to focus on the eye brows. Even if the shutter speed is a bit slow, i don't see any camera movement in this shot.
So keep up the good work.
