I'm going to have to be totally honest with you Olgierd and say that this is a poor shot for a number of reasons.
1. The position of the kite surfer is too central - the rule of 1/3rds would work much better here. As he's moving to the right I would place him more to the left of the frame.
2. The bright orange buoy detracts form the image and makes the viewer's eye wander away from the subject.
3. The horizon is noticeably tilted down to the right.
