Good capture of this shot amoung other things. I quite like effect of the shadows on the petal. By opening up the f stop you could have blur the background as it is bit distracting. Colours are good

there are lots of photographers who loves the rose, but there are few who takes the rose of this late stage, like this your shot.
in your rose, I find both graceful beautifulness and vanishing ephemeral life, in light and shadow of the time.
perhaps your time is flowing parallel with this rose,,,
