Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrgggh! It's a cat photo! I would normally avoid these like the plague BUT I'm here now.
Cat photos are an easy target. Beautiful creatures and always available, especially when you bait the scene with food. Cat photos are easy but not easy to create a really stunning image. There is a better presentation in this one, by hard-cropping (take the food away for a start?) and getting in very tight on the part which appeals - the eyes. Try this at home - cut away everything except the head and shoulders, placing the eyes on a third line. Sharpen, saturate a little - see the huge difference?
It is the eyes that will make this one jump but you need to be in as tight as you can get away with.
Cat's name is Sofia ... I was 'in love' with Ms Loren at an early age.
