I remember Pierre's picture as well! So I could stand on one of those leaves without a fear of sinking down lol...sounds comforting!
your photo is great, it's crispy sharp and the greens are lovely...beautiful reflections too. I also like the way you composed it!

Beautiful flowers and extremelly well captured, Stef. I like your composition which includes the reflections of the greenhouse roof in the water so it indicates clearly to us that these were not taken in their natural habitat. Very sharp colours and great definition. My only nit-picky comment is that I think the frame is too large for your picture but that is very much a matter of personal taste. Well done!

Bonita fotografia Stef. sim ela lembra muito nossa Vitoria-Régia do Amazonas, é uma pena que esta não esteja com flor, pois seria uma grande foto. Mais do que já está. Te lembrando que a nossa em tamanho tem 3x mais do que esta.

Então também tem floresta tropical na Suécia?? Cada dia é uma lição aqui no TL ;-))
Gosto bastante da composição pela forma como os reflexos na àgua a tornam muito mais dinamica e interessante. Acho mesmo que sem esses lindos reflexos a foto não seria tão forte...
As cores estão perfeitas e já estou com calor só de olhar pra sua foto.
Muito bom trabalho.

I very much like the photo, Stef.
Apart from the beautifull colours and great sharpness, I think the lines of the reflection of the roof add a lot to the intensity of the picture.
We also have a Victoris Regia in our botanical garden in Amsterdam.
Now I'm sure I have to go visit it. there.

WoooooooWWWw! Whats that?! Thats BEAUTIFUL! I was concentrating on it hard.. Beautiful COmposition... It makes us wonder... AMAZING one! I love this Stef... sharp and detailed... Very good photo with very nice detail. The frame work of the skylight roof reflected on the water gives a god counter point to the subject.
