Nice and sharp, the mountains are superb. The silhouettes of the houses and trees is an extra. You live in a beautiful country. BTW i just stayed on a campingsite in Raron, called Simplonblick so i know this mountain. TFS

When my children were in France, they always asked for deux boules!
A superb capture of this natural phenomenon, which really does look like an ice-cream! The lighting is excellent.
I like your composition with sloping, alternate layers of light and shade, detail and silhouette.

Great capture of this majestic mountain scene topped with "une boule de glace." The glacier and the mountainside looks incredible with light and shadow emphasizing the contours. The town in the foreground, at first not noticed, really provides some sense of the immense scale of the mountain beyond. Well done.

j'aime le 1er plan sombre comme une ombre et justes quelques chalets encore ensoleillés qui contrastent serieusement avec l'immensité des montagne et la surprenante rondeur de ce nuage au repos; regarde le bien j'y vois deux grands yeux et une large bouche, un peu à la Monsieur Bibendum! ☺
