Each year during the Carnaval de Lausanne, the streets of the Flon district are closed to cars and hundreds of stalls are set up with games, prizes, food and beer. Part of the celebration is a competition between regional marching bands, who dress in wild costumes and makeup for their performances. I'm not sure where this band was from, but I liked their headgear.
