Once uopn a time, before i joined TL and started to like PS and make protraits, i indulged myself going around and finding detail to phtograph. As described a friend of mine "my journalistic style produced boring pictures without people on it" (quoting his words). I kinda like the style; very very much, so I decided that it's time to go back.
This scene was "captured" in Zurich!!! Yes, Maybe they got jealous and made a Tower of their own, or it's just a house of a nice frenchman(woman) missing home enormously. I cannot say for sure. I just think that the person living in this house thought that the minitower, in contrast of its big sister, wouldn't be happy taking sun and rain, so he/she took care of it with :)))) I had a good laugh when i saw this scene, and I hope I can make some people laugh with me.

P.S. forgot to add. the photo is not tilted. it's intentional, since the tower was in a street going down, And the house was tilted itself... go figure... |

É a isto que se chama ter um bom olho para a fotografia!!! Eu tanbém só fazia fotos de paisagens ou de cenas urbanas, tudo o que não incluisse pessoas já estava bom para mim... Só depois de ter entrado no TL é que comecei a fazer algumas coisas diferentes :-))) Temos isso em comum de facto.
Acho que fez bem em voltar ao estilo inicial ;-) é bom fazer coisas diferentes e não ficar agarrada a um só estilo de fotografar...
Gostei muito desta foto, não só pela originalidade da composição mas também pelo interessante jogo de luz e sombra... Bem visto Stef!! A inclinação acentuada da rua dá profundidade à foto!!

ihih this indeed made me laugh Stef :-)) especially the hat.. ihihih i personally love this kind of photography.. just going around finding interesting and curious things that tell great stories.. when i was in chicago on tuesday i saw a lot of such photo-opportunities and did snap a few but i'm still a little shy taking pictures on the street with everyone looking.. gotta work on that! :-)

A great capture - it looks sort of like a Mexican sombrero on top of the Eiffel Tower in Switzerland...what a weird combination of cultures.
