I know this statue, but I never thought to photograph it. You've really captured the emotion evoked by the figure reaching desperately forward without any hands to grasp what he seeks. The sky and the lake make an excellent background. Well done.

This is a powerful POV, a strong perspective, and a great composition with a fantastic contrast given by the arms without hands directed to the props wooden in a gesture to grasp that it is impossible. Fantastic image.
