Yes, I know this nice monument very well of Lausanne, not so long ago I posted it as well. You captured it from a nice POV, good sharpness, beautiful diffused light created a fine mood here. Well done, TFS!

Nice Sandy - great late-day light hitting the sculpture, highlighting certain areas. Perfect sky too .. love the pink tone in the clouds. Great shot - nice comp.
(The full sculpture reminded me of a maple leaf symbol that was everywhere here in Canada for our Centennial in '67)

Hey Sandy,

Beautiful light! I love the Moiré patterns here.

The posted image is way better than the full view. The full view is much too cluttered, this one is simple(ish) and full of tension.

One little niggle - what's the red spot in the lower right?

Very nice abstract of the sculpture--and original view of an, I'm sure, well and often photographed object that gives a new look while still refecting the beauty of it.
