Hi Dale, for anyone that has not read the story of "Greyfriar's Bobby" to their children, may I suggest it as a great bedtime story, bring lots of hankies.
You have captured the textures of both the sculpting & the old stone buildings with excellent colouring & details.I do find there is two main subjects competing for the eyes attention, number one, those beautiful stone houses & number two the lampost & the sculpture of Greyfriar's Bobby.I thought if the background was just a tad softer & the dog a tad lighter so that we can see a little more of its detail, the two items might balance a little better.Have done a workshop to show a comparison but you don't allow them,so I can't show you.A different POV & one that makes for an interesting composition.TFS
Good textures and sharpness. Interesting and well worked
