Pierre,
Either you have dust/dirt on your sensor, you smoke while taking photos, have a double exposure situation or you were looking through the weeds while photographing this. The HUGE spots are just too much to ignore! The bank line is slightly out of level, it appears to need a slight clockwise rotation. I also think that the image would be much more interesting if the bank line/waterline was on the top or bottom third of the photo. This just looks a bit too centered to me.
Keep trying Pierre....I'd advise you to ask for specific feedback for improvement in your notes.
