Hi Trudy,

If you hadn't said I would have thought that the moon was another fire work. This is a well taken shot with good pov the details are sharp and the colours very good so well done.

Oh dear I missed your first few firework postings. Congratulations! Your tech settings appear optimum and of course, this would not be possible without a sturdy tripod. Gorgeous colors and designs, the moon adds a woweee factor, glad to see that you incorporated a view of the distant citylights. Best regards...

Hi Trudy,

Apparently, this photo is your 200th posting. So, congratulations! Your shot is very crisp and clear. I like the colours and the lack of smoke. The lights from the bridge add to the shot as well. It might have been a bit nicer if there had been a longer exposure. I see that you used f/8. I suggest that next time you try at least f/20. That forces you to use a longer exposure -- so that more of the fireworks can be presented. Nevertheless, I think that your first try is better than mine was. TFS.

This could be the best one yet. Love the pinwheel effect of the bright one to the right. Fantastic color. The moon looks great with it starry points. Good choice to leave in the lights from the bridge. Very nice series.

Nice shot of these fireworks.
Leaving the lights at the bottom and the moon does give a sense of scale to this shot.

Well my friend , if this was your first attempts at fireworks , congrats ! I like your 3 shots almost equally , i picked this one for no particular reason , they 're all excellent , this one has more colourful bursts , good contrast in all of them , the bursts make quite a spectacle against the black night here , the moon is a terrific inclusion , i only wish the bridge was a little more lit though but still it's very well delivered , i 'm impressed my dear,

Simply amazingly sharp and well exposed Fireworks shot you have captured here and the POV is excellent with the lamp post left in the frame to give it scale and depth! Well done and TFS!
