The starling were introduced into Central Park in 1890, in New York, and they did not cease since being propagated on all the continent. They are unpopular because they steal the food distributed to the birds and are also monopolized of their site of nesting.

I took this photograph here in Sherbrooke this morning Saturday on April 1, 2006.

Quand on a la chance de voir cet oiseau de plus près, on peu dire que c'est un beau spécimen malgré sa mauvaise réputation. Le bleu de ses plumes lui donne un air sympatique. Ce gros plan est très réussi Sylva...

Quelle magnifique couleur bleue cet oiseau a. C'est vrai qu'il fait parti des "mal aimé" mais quand on le voit de près il est beau pourtant.
Superbe netteté sur l'oiseau dans ce gros plan.
Derrière, en flou, on devine les bourgeons qui commencent à sortir sur les branches.
Beau travail, Sylva.

Nice composition, but I think a bit more space on the right would be better. So good to see the birds in the Spring.

Cet oiseau n'est pas un Étourneau mais un Quiscale bronzé (Quiscalus quiscula) tu peux voir un Étourneau là:
