There is a lot happening in this image and while there are many interesting forms and colours there isn't really anything which takes the attention of the eye and it all seems cluttered. Perhaps a different POV and a focus on a specific element of the garden would produce an image with more impact.

Although there are many things in this image as Mark comment which may tired the eye i thing that because of the nice colors and reflections can be very happy!
I personnaly find it beautiful :)
