Here's one for Mr. Florendo and Sam who's requested that I post something. I've just been so busy with work and family that I barely get to visit this site as often as I would like.
Anyway this is a portrait of my eldest daughter's so called "boyfriend." He's the son of my wife's very good friend. It's cute to watch them at this age but my daughter better know better than to bring home a boyfriend until she's 30, well make that 25. Getting back to the photo, this was taken at a nearby playground around late morning I think. I used my long lens so I wouldn't be in their face that much. He posed for me briefly and grabbed this shot. I used a camera mounted flash for fill and catchlight.
PP: Increased saturation and some diffusion.

Hey brother, very nice refreshing image with eye-popping colors, and great bokeh!! Very nice composition, and a great expression on this youngster. Ah, the "boyfriend"...don't they start so early these days!...BTW, thanks for posting, it was worth the wait! Keep it up! :0)

Aha! A new one - and very nice one too. The Boyfriend. That's very cool and, at this age, holds no fears for a protective father? Attractive young man and a shot that will delight many girls for miles around!
