I'm trying to imagine this place without the clouds... or atleast with a little less clouds.

I think this is a great composition Steven. Great foreground with the ice and muddy puddle.
Love the colors of this magnificent view.
I'm not really a frames fan, but I like what you did here.

The peak just showing through the cloud is really quite good. So I don't think the cloud detracts from the photo at all, the foreground is nice and sharp, must have been cold.

Hi Steven,
I was down there the next day - hope to post some shots soon. Good PoV and the FG is nice and sharp showing the ice on the water's edge, sky looks a little OE perhaps a filter would have helped
