Je m'excuse pour le pont derrière. Mais la glace n'était vraiment pas assez solide pour que je prenne le risque d'y marcher pour un changement d'angle. Le courant en dessous est trop fort. Mais avec un travail de saturation sans trop d'exagération, j'ai pu harmoniser l'arbre et les trucs derrières. Curieux résultat! Idéalement ça aurait été l'arbre sur fond totalement blanc. C,est possible de le faire avec une bonne dose de patience. Mais j'ai conservé ainsi. Ça donne une autre réalité... L'effet de la ville sur la nature...

I'm sorry for the bridge behind. But the ice was shurely too thin to make the risk of walking over for a change of angle. Current water is strong under. But wqith a little work of saturation i can harmonise the tree with the structure behind. My ideal would be to present only the tree on a totally white background. And it is possible to do with a lot of patience. But i stay that way cause i enjoy another view... Like this it look like... The result of tue city on the nature...

Hi Were wolf

I like the predominant blue & white color tones. Excellent graphism & sharpness. Bon weekend!

La première chose que j'ai vue en ouvrant l'image, c'est une grosse tête semi-enfouie dans la glace, au pied de l'arbre! Beau travail de PP; tu sais créer des effets intéressants. J'aurais enlever la petite branche dans le coin supérieur droit, c'est tout. Bravo!

That bridge gives a sort of context so never mind. LIke the starkness of it and of course that outline on left of the tree...that looks like a face half buried in the snow!! Very eerie snowscape

J’aime bien le traitement que tu as fait à ta photo. On dirait une impression polychromiquee dont les couleurs sont légèrement décalées. Très intéressant je trouve. Et la composition me plait beaucoup.

I hurried to read the note and the critiques from others because I saw that face in it; I'm happy most recognize it; I just want to be normal ;)
This face is enough to make this picture special.

The tree fallen before the structures makes a powerful statement. It also appears the others are reaching to lift the downed comrade. Nicely seen and presented as only you can. Thanks for the feeling!!!

Very nice indeed. Great composition. The colours on mainly white BG make this a very cheery image.

L'arbre sur cet angle a pique ma curiositee et quelle surprise de voir le reste de la photo, c'est tres froid pas seulement pour la neige mais aussi pour tes couleurs et si je vois bien ce-la me semble une tete mort de froid. Une photo que l'on peut interpreter de tans de facon, bravo!!!
