[Notas - Normas] Nota do Artista
While in Paris, we visited the Notre-Dame (one of my most favorite cathedrals). We walked through the whole thing and looked at all the artwork and architecture. There was a Priest reading from the bible and many people were giving donations and taking part in this event, being curious and not wanting to be rude I also gave a donation and watched this ceremonie. After the ceremonie I wanted to go to the "Popes Treasury" being a student it only cost 3.5€. Inside was amazing, there was this warming feeling about the whole place. All sorts of stuff of the past popes where on display here, there were his robes and religious statues and pictures and ancient books. In one chamber there was candles in all the corners and a long large stained glass window (the one in the picture). There was something about this window, to me it stood out form all the rest, this one almost glowed in the light. There was one thing I'll never forget that I did in this Cathedral, I gave another donation and took a candle put it on this brass structure and light it for all my loved ones.

This one reminded me of the lovely disney cartoon classic, the hunchback of the notre dam. I love that cartoon (not part 2 though) and I like this shot too. Very nice and moody. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful stained glass window Zach. You have captured it very well considering, the lighting in the church was probably very low.
Your note once again is very good. It always impresses me that as a very young photographer, you explain very well your techniques and give a good description of the photo. Thanks for sharing both the photo and your feelings.

I see you are quite creative. I like the partial desaturation. Very well composed photo. A tiny bit overexposed because of the bright light coming through the window, but overall very nice. Keep up the good work.
