[Notas - Normas] Nota do Artista

This is a "Chrismas Delivery". In Chile, but only in my city Iquique ( I don´t know why only here), there is an old tradition. This is that, in Christmas time, entrerprises, Offices, hospitals, and so on, several kind group of people, prepare a car o truck or other kind of transportation, and dress it as a Santa Claus transport (obviously, with a fat man with a Santa Claus disguise). This is made by the effort of all the workers, the reason is...make their children a happy time. This Santa Claus goes to each worker houses to give their sons a gift. This begans from early December until the last night.... December 24. While this kind of Deliverance go by all the streets of our city, the people who go with Santa, throw candys while passing all along the "streets" to all the children that wait for that on each corner or avenues.
In this picture, this car is parked in a street nearly my house, so you can see my Pamelita and her father standing in the botton right, looking at S.Claus.

Your english is fine. I can understand every word describing this wonderful tradition in your town. Good composition and the lighting conditions have been captured very well. Maybe if you darkened the building in the background a bit, it would put more emphasis on Santa. I like the way you included your daughter and husband in the composition, as this makes it a more personal photo for a souvenier. Well done Pamela.

It must be very strange to see Santa Claus with his winter clothes when you are in the summer...

Anyway, it's a nice X-mas picture from the south and I wish you too a merry Christmas for you and your family.

Nice to see a Christmas tradition in another country. Each of us celebrate in different ways. As Diana said, it would be good if you could have darkened the building in the background to show Santa more brightly. Wishing a very happy Christmas to you and your family.
