This is a great shot. Great detail and nice black and white conversion.
I think it is a clever and funny interpretation of Multi-exposure :)

I think the photo would have worked even without the little insert. That would add the unknown factor that allow the viewers to interpret the photo themself. To me it is obvious that they are parents and family watching a school/kinder garten play and I find it very interesting that you show the spectators rather than the play it self.

It looks like you used a flash because of the highlight on the guy in the bottom right corner and the white shirts in the bottom left. I think you could have used a bounce flash and to get a more equally spread of light.

I think its a super great shot!

It just show how digitals change the market in just less then 10 years! Every parents need it's digital to take the good moments in souvenir! Original the way you present it. The parents in B&W and the show in color. That way to show present a story in both sides!

They are signs of the times, digital explosion in the world. Any place that you go nowadays, only to see exploding of the flash for whole the sides.
