A bold shot to capture, given the suspicion with which people treat photographers in places like subways and tourist spots - especially those that have already been targeted by troublemakers.

The fact that you took this shot and that nobody seems to be panicking about it is a thumbs-up for true freedom. Well done.

this is a class photograph Stephane
i like the mood here and the way you have clicked the moment in the train.
you could slightly shift towards the left to place these two women right and little more offcenter, though this composition has a charm and the darken windows enhances the mood here.
nice idea of black and white conversion, subtraction of colour forces you to concentrate on the mood and the moment.

At first, I taught that this is a set up photo with models, but then I realized that this is a snapshot in a subway and WOW. What a capture. Excellent composition and exposure. It has all the elements of a great photo. The story, the drama, the expectation and maybe some mystery. Very good work.
