| Introdução: | I am 49 years old and have just bought my first digital camera last year after borrowing my sons on holiday. Updated 12th Sept 08 I initially bought a Nikon D80 camera but have just updated to a Nikon D700 (turning out to be an expensive hobby), have also added a couple of other lenses. Been using Treklens for just over 6 months now and enjoy the site very much, have met a lot of people from all over the world and now look at my surroundings totally differently. Always looking around to see what would make a good photo where previously would not see the beauty surrounding me. I enjoy the feedback on my photographs and am always looking to improve my postings, so all critiques and comments are very welcome even negative ones, this is a learning site after all. Please feel free to upload any workshops of my pictures as I am interested in the way you would change them, I will not be offended as I am here to learn. Have found some wonderful galleries on Treklens and I am inspired by them. Many times I have looked at a thumbnail of a photograph and have been disappointed that there are no notes about it, why go to the effort of taking a beautiful photograph that you like, spent time processing, post on Treklens because you want to share with other members and not put on a few lines of text either about where / why you took or like the photograph and the work done.
