No big changes here:
1. Cloned some less exposed water onto the overexposed part (not a perfect job unfortunately)
2. Removed the dark patch top left, near the ray of light (it was a distraction on such a pure sky)
3. Removed a spot of white in the foreground.
4. Increased contrast and sharpness a little
5. Reducd noise.
